Foods With Protein

There are many foods with protein in them, and many are ones that we consume on a daily basis without even paying attention to their contents. Eggs are amongst the foods with protein, as one medium sized, hard boiled egg can render 6 grams of protein. There are the protein contents in such favorites as milk, yogurt, soy milk, tofu, and cheese. These foods with protein can give the basic recommended servings of this nutrient per day, but you may want to stick to as many low and non-fat options as possible.

Foods with protein, unfortunately, tend to also be high in either fats or carbohydrates, and often both. They are nuts, seeds, beans, and lentils. And they are unequalled in their protein staying power.

One of the very best sources of protein from these types of whole foods are hemp seeds.
